Handmade in small batches, our vegetable tarts and quiche are prepared of fresh seasonal produce and herbs that are carefully selected from our favorite local growers. Bob's Red Mill organic unbleached flour is exclusively used in the pastry crusts, along with premium butter and italian olive oil. Organic eggs, cream and milk, blended with the finest quality domestic and imported chesses go into making the velvety custard fillings for our quiche. The same quality ingredients are used to make our hearty vegetable tarts and all of our other offerings.
