Core Strength & Balance

This workshop, taught by Dr. Paul Spector, will introduce exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination. The class size has a cap of 12 to allow greater flexibility in addressing the needs of each participant. After completing the series of four sessions, the individual will have mastered a balance routine that they can continue independently at home.
