The Hudson Area Library, in collaboration with the City of Hudson Senior Center, is continuing its popular Core Strength & Balance with Paul Spector, this fall. This series of 4-week workshops meets weekly on Saturdays, September, October, and November, 1:30-2:30pm. This workshop introduces exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination. The class size has a cap of 12 to allow greater flexibility in addressing the needs of each participant. After completing the series of four sessions, the individual will have mastered a balance routine that they can continue independently at home.
