We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute beer products (kegs and cases) promptly to our customers in the Capital District and Hudson Valley. Physical strength and stamina, as well as a clean driving record, are needed. Delivery Drivers must be organized, efficient and professional at all times while ensuring deliveries are made accurately and on time. 25-40 hours/week pay based on experience and capabilities).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Picking Inventory for invoice assembly of freight orders
- Fill kegs as needed
- Keg Cleaning during non-delivery hours
- Provide support with route planning
- Read maps or use GPS to follow routes and maintain time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a cargo van
- Complete logs and reports
- Maintain ongoing communication with sales reps and production staff
- Unload goods as per client specifications
- Rotate stock at on and off premise accounts.
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
- Coordinate + handle payments for accounts
- Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
- Load and organize product inventory from brewery into your vehicle and unload products in and out of truck as needed throughout the day.
- Always keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy.
- Inspect delivery vehicle daily looking for anything problematic (low tire pressure, tire wear, dents etc.) and report any abnormalities. Refuel vehicle as needed.
- Follow rules and regulations of the road at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Friendly / positive attitude / Works well with others
- Hard worker / Willingness to be part of team
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, kneel, climb stairs
- Endurance to work long shifts when needed
- Experience driving larger vehicles (cargo van)
- Ability / comfortability with working solo
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and strong, able to lift 160 pounds comfortably.
- Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks a plus.
- Professional and pleasant disposition, able to give all clients a positive customer service experience.
- Candidate should be dependable, hardworking and an effective communicator.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills required.
- Ability to pass company driving test, background check
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly, Overtime Eligible
