Salary: $50,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

Are you a skilled drafter with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Join our team in Hudson, NY, and help deliver high-end custom architectural millwork to the dynamic NYC market.
We are a well-established millwork company seeking an experienced and proactive Drafting Lead to oversee drafting operations across multiple projects. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage drafting efforts from initial submittal drawings through final fabrication drawings.
• Coordinate drafting work with external drafting partners, internal project management, and leadership teams.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in drawing packages.
• Review and revise shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and architectural intent.
• Maintain and organize drawing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• 5+ years of drafting experience in architectural millwork or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Deep understanding of millwork construction methods, materials, and detailing.
