HR & Accounting Coordinator – Custom Architectural Millwork

Location: On-site | PGS Millwork, Inc. Hudson, NY Salary: $24 – $27 (commensurate with experience) Industry: Custom Architectural Millwork | Serving the NYC Marketplace
We are a well-established millwork company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to support our accounting team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive pay and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile weekly payroll hours and track all paid time off accruals/anniversaries.
• Human Resource tasks such as handling health insurance, employee benefits, 401k, FSA, PFL, trainings, etc.
• Maintain & update documentation trackers and schedules daily
• Data entry into our accounting software to produce Purchase Order’s on a recurring basis and send PO’s to our subcontractors
• Support general office operations, including telephone backup support for incoming calls during busy periods or staff absences.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.
• 3 – 5 years of basic accounting and clerical experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
