Arica Cooper, president of Arica’s Insurance and Arica’s Notary Service, has always liked to help people and businesses. Mark is Vice President and co-owner of Fingar Insurance with offices in Hudson, Germantown and Catskill.  Mark was born in Columbia County where his family first settled 9 generations ago.  He grew up in Germantown & graduated in 1978 from Germantown Central.  He graduated Marist College in 1982 with a BS in Business Admin, concentrating in Marketing with a minor in Philosophy.  

Mark is a 30 year member & Past President of the Catskill Rotary Club & current Board Member; a member & Past President of the Germantown Lions Club; has served on both the membership & golf committees at the Chamber & currently serves as Chairman of the  Board; serves on the Columbia Memorial Hospital Foundation Golf Tournament Committee; & is a past Board Member of the Hudson Opera House.
