Join us at Clermont State Historic Site for a one-time only outdoor performance of The Starry Road To Freedom, a one-man show about Frederick Douglass that has been performed Off-Broadway and around the U.S. The show, which is appropriate for all ages, combines music, dance, and theater to give viewers a unique glimpse into Douglass as one of our most important civil rights leaders. We will host a special Q&A with Phil Darius Wallace (the creator and star of the show) and local historians exploring Douglass' role in the suffrage and other civil rights movements
