As part of the Workshop Weekend Experience, a festival of hands-on learning, creativity, and community spanning over 26 workshops and events across the Roe-Jan region, Ancram Center for the Arts is offering this special gathering. What objects in your life hold the best stories? Join special guests Joan Osofsky and Mary Randolph Carter, with Ancram Center Co-Director Paul Ricciardi, for a workshop exploring how to tell stories about the things and people you love most. Joan Osofsky, founder of the beloved Hammertown lifestyle stores, has spent 40+ years helping people deepen their connection to home and community. Mary Randolph Carter, writer and longtime creative director for Ralph Lauren, has built a body of work around collecting and the memories objects hold. Together with Paul Ricciardi, creator of Real People Real Stories, they'll help you find and shape the stories hiding in your everyday life.
