Healthy Eating Made Easy Workshop
Free Nutrition Class - Monday, August 24, at 5:30 pm at Columbia County Pathways to Recovery. Participants will learn tips for shopping for healthy, budget-friendly meals and explore the important role nutrition plays in overall health and wellness—especially for individuals with substance use disorder and those in recovery. Leave with recipes and enjoy tasty samples. The workshop is free and open to everyone, and transportation is available for those who need it. Call/ text 518-303-2141 for a ride.
