Harvesting History Family Workshop Series: Just Like My Nan Made: Apple Mint Jelly Workshop

Join us in educational and fun nature and garden-bases activities open to ages 8-108! Workshops are held on Saturdays and begin at 1:00 p.m. in Clermont Cottage. Children must be accompanied by an adult. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Registration Fee: All workshops, with the exception of Herb-Infused Candle Making, are $10 per person, children 12 and under FREE An apple a day keeps the doctor away, so come by Clermont Cottage to learn how to make jelly using the natural pectin found in apples! We will flavor our jelly with fresh mint from the garden for a delicious dye-free mint jelly. Each participant will go home with a jar of jelly.
