Dalmatian Day 2026

Join us on October 3, 2026, from 10:00 am–3:00 pm for a FREE event: The Bob McKinney Memorial Fire Prevention Event: Dalmatian Day 2026! Join us for this family-friendly community event that includes: - Meet-and-Greet Live Dalmatians - Lots of Games with Prizes For Kids - Dalmatian-Themed Craft Projects - An Exciting Performance by Keith Nelson, Juggler Extraordinaire! - A Mini Parade of Firetrucks Will Kick Off the Event - Interactive Safety House Tours - Vendor Giveaways… and Lots More Surprises! All activities are FREE, and free admission to the Museum will also be offered during the event—rain or shine (activities inside or under cover). Lunch will also be available for purchase, and all purchases will benefit this event. Reservations are not required for this event. PLEASE NOTE: Dalmatians that attend the event are vetted through the Museum. If you would like to bring a Dalmatian to the event, please contact Terry: 518-822-1875 ext. 112. Only vetted and approved dogs will be allowed to attend the event, and no other canines are allowed on the grounds. Thank you for your cooperation!
