Cooking Up Community

Join us at the Hudson Area Library to observe cultural food demonstrations led by locals sharing recipes brought to Hudson from around the world, and enjoy a taste! This week, Wendy Kanel will show us how to make Chinese dumplings. No registration required. All are welcome! This program is made possible with support from New York Folklore through a grant from The Fund for Columbia County of the Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation.
