Cooking Up Community

Join us a the Hudson Area Library to observe cultural food demonstrations led by locals sharing recipes brought to Hudson from around the world, and enjoy a taste! This week, Sonia Cintron will show us how to cook Puerto Rican arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas). No registration required. All are welcome!
