Cooking Up Community
Observe cultural food demonstrations led by locals sharing recipes brought to Hudson from around the world, and enjoy a taste! In July, Jabin Ahmed will show us how to make Bangladeshi Tomato Tenga (a simple soup like curry, using tomatoes and fish). This program is presented in collaboration with NY Folklore.
