Cooking Up Community
Come to the Hudson Area Library to observe cultural food demonstrations led by locals sharing recipes brought to Hudson from around the world, and enjoy a taste! This month, Maria Romero (owner and head chef of Casa Latina) will show us how to make Salvadoran pupusas. Registration: No registration required; all are welcome. This program is presented in collaboration with NY Folklore.
