The 36th Annual Golf Tournament

Columbia Golf and Country Club 

Monday, June 9, 2025, Shotgun Start at 9am
Check-in will begin at 7:45am
4 Person Scramble
Cost is $700 per foursome, or $180 per person, 

Registration includes: 
• Golf
• Golf Cart (Thank you to our Sponsor MetzWood Insurance)
• A Shotgun Start Mimosa or Bloody Mary at check-in
• Grab and Go breakfast at Check-in
• Lunch at the Turn
• A fun photo opportunity 
• A Beer or Wine at the 19th Hole 
• Dinner 
• 2 Mulligans
• 25 raffle tickets
• a Chance at the Putt-off contest 
• A chance at the "Hole In One"
