About Us
The NYS Bridge Authority is a public benefit corporation which operates and maintains the Rip Van Winkle, Kingston-Rhinecliff, Mid-Hudson, Newburgh-Beacon, and Bear Mountain Bridges. The Authority also owns and maintains the bridge structure of the Walkway Over the Hudson. The Authority is self-sufficient, relying on toll revenue to fund its capital and operational expenses.
