DESCRIPTION:Registration Deadline: Friday\, February 27th \n\n\n\nIn honor of March being Women in History Month\, we will be hosting our annual Women's Luncheon on Friday\, March 6th at The Greenport in Hudson NY from 12pm to 2pm. Our Keynote Speaker this year is Benita Zahn\, MA\, DPS-BIOETHICS\, NBC-HWC. This event is always well attended and enjoyed by all. Be sure to register early and secure your spot. \nBenita is a nationally certified Health and Wellness Coach working with clients at Capital Cardiology Associates. Benita spent more than 40 years as an award winning health reporter and news anchor at WNYT in Albany\, NY. She covered issues such as wellness\, treatment breakthroughs\, aging\, nutrition\, and the latest health care trends.\n\nBenita is a contributor to the weekly "Live Smart" page in the Times Union\, the HMRRC Pacesetter and the AAA Magazine. Benita also created and co-hosts the bi-weekly podcast EVERYTHING THEATER.\n\nFor more than 20 years Benita has assisted organizations with media training and individual classes in public speaking and presentation skills. She is a highly sought after presenter on a wide range of health and wellbeing topics for trade groups\, private and public businesses.\n\nBenita earned her Masters and Doctorate in Bioethics at the Alden March Bioethics Institute at Albany Medical College and is a member of the Empire State Bioethics Consortium.\n\nShe is a member of Actors Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA and appears on many local and regional stages.\n\nBenita has won numerous awards for her work including a NY EMMY\, International Radio and Television Award\, NYS Broadcasters Award and has been honored by numerous health organizations.\n\nBenita is president of the board for Park Stage Company/Park Playhouse.
