DESCRIPTION:"Move Columbia" presents "Walking Wednesdays"!\n\n\n\nIt's Spring\, so take a step in the right direction and join S.W.A.T.T. -(Sprinters\, Walkers and Taintalizing Talkers).  \n\n\n\nS.W.A.T.T. is part of "Move Columbia"\, a county-wide health initiative developed by the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce in coordination with EP Nevins Insurance Agency\, Inc. and Blue Shield of Northeastern New York.  This program was created to educate\, raise awareness and promote fitness as well as mental wellness\, to help improve the daily lives of our community members.\n\n\n\nWe would love to have you walk or jog with us and reap the endless healthy benefits:\n\n*relieve stress * increase your energy level *assist with weight management *improve self-image *improve heart health *increase muscle tone *build friendships and more.\n\n\n\nS.W.A.T.T. "Walking Wednesdays" will run for 6 weeks and will meet in and around Greenport and Hudson every Wednesday evening at 5:30 pm starting on May 26th.\n\n\n\nWhether you are a Sprinter\, Walker or Tantalizing Talker -S.W.A.T.T. is a fun walking group for anyone!\n\nBut first to Learn More:\n\nJoin us for a S.W.A.T.T.
