This summer\, join Sarah Van Buren for an exploration of Deep Listening   a set of group listening and sounding exercises\, meditations\, and movements which will encourage a broader awareness of the world\, heightened creativity\, and an enhanced calmness. Teen ages 14 to 18 are invited to the gazebo at the Henry Hudson Waterfront Park on Wednesdays between 2:30 and 4:30pm. Register ahead of time by emailing sarah.vanburen@gmail.com. No experience necessary!
