DESCRIPTION:Columbia Forward\n\nSmall Business Networking Night!\n\nEnjoy a Networking night for all small business owners in Columbia County on Thursday\, September 21 from 5-7 pm at Harvest Spirits \n\n\n\nMeet other small business owners in your community\, connect with county leaders and learn how the Columbia Economic Development Corporation (CEDC)\, Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia County Office of Tourism and Film work together to help your business succeed. \n\n\n\nThis event is free and open to all\, however advance registration is required\n\n\n\n\nThe Columbia County Board of Supervisors\, in collaboration with The Columbia Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) and the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce\, established Columbia Forward  to aid county based small businesses and local economic development committees.  Some of the services we provide are technical assistance\, training and networking events and businesses service programs.  In addition\, Columbia Forward provides loans and grants to small businesses for equipment\, working capital and employee training.  These loans can be up to $25\,000 and will include a grant equal to 10% of the loan amount to qualified businesses.
