DESCRIPTION:Understanding New York State's new Sexual Harassment Prevention law\, effective October 2018:   All employers and companies who do business in NYS are now mandated by law to provide written anti-harassment policies to all employees\, as well as provide annual interactive sexual harassment prevention training to all employees. Presenter\, Gary Graziano from Hudson Valley Resource Group\, will explain what employers need to know to be compliant\, and provide direction on how best to proceed to manage these mandatory new requirements.  The workshop Thursday\, November 14 from 9:00 - 10:00 am and is FREE to Chamber Members and $10 for Non-members.  Seating is limited please contact the Chamber at 518-828-4417 or akneller@columbiachamber-ny.com to make a reservation.  This will take place at the Chamber Office at 1 North Front Street\, Hudson.
